What Should You Worry About?

There are an infinite amount of things you could worry about - family, friends, health, career, finances, mortgage/rent, transportation, food, shelter, clothing, education, rumors, social issues, safety, security, political dynamics - the list could go on and on and on. I suppose you could worry about all of those things, but it would probably make it very difficult to ever be happy or live life properly.

So, what do you do? Do you not worry about anything and just throw caution to the wind? Do you prioritize what you worry about and then risk worrying about the wrong thing(s)? Do you shelter yourself and minimize this precious gift of life you've been given?

What if...you focus in on worrying about thinking clearly, rationally - and always striving to learn more about life through reading more books, continuing your education and meaningful experiences

What if...you focus on speaking truthfully, honestly, respectfully and courageously

What if..you aim your actions toward doing good works - putting all of your effort and energy into your talents, your passions and work at unlocking your full potential

If you control what is right in front of you - that which is within you, then you have done your part and need not worry about anything else - because anything else is beyond your control.

If you do this, then maybe - just maybe, others will ask you what you are thinking, they will listen when you speak, they will follow your example. They might not always do this publicly, but your impact will be made nonetheless.
