Service Description

The focus with this training is on building strength, muscle endurance, and exercises that will tone and shape your body. Bring your energy and be prepared to work. Monday and Thursday Classes - instructor led classes where participants follow along using a combination of bodyweight and dumbbell weighted exercises focused on movements that are designed to build and strengthen the total body.
