In this Boot Camp - we focus on building strength, muscle endurance, and full-range of motion movements. Bring your energy and be prepared to work! Tuesday classes will be a circuit style training where we have different exercise stations that are focused on building muscular endurance with timed exercises for each rotation. This is a heart-pumping, calorie torching, and muscle toning routine that incorporates the total body for this workout. Thursday classes are instructor led with a variety of exercises that are a mix of bodyweight and dumbbell resistance. There are modifications for each exercise - allowing you to participate no matter where you currently sit on the fitness spectrum. Expect to work hard and be challenged while increasing strength and improving fitness health.
