Service Description
Our methods are designed with you in mind - no gimmicks, no BS, just success. We will do everything possible to help you work toward achieving your fitness goals! These are in-person sessions for 60 minutes per session. You will have up-to 2 in-person training sessions per week, per month during "active" months of service. As part of your personal training plan, you will get additional workout programming* that can be used at home or in a gym (the workouts will be tailored to your equipment availability as well as your specific needs). These workouts can be accessed anywhere and at anytime as we use an app that can be downloaded to the Apple or Google platform. Each exercise includes a video link that will show you what the specific exercise that is being prescribed should look like - making it easier for you to follow along vs. just text or photos. *The additional programming will be available for use as long as the app is available. Updates and/or modifications to workouts will only be made for clients who are in good standing and are ongoing "active" clients of FMS.
