Service Description
Vinyasa Yoga - also called "Flow" Yoga combines poses in continuous movement linked with your breathing. It integrates breath and movement, awareness and alignment, strength and flexibility. The class may include breath work, Sun Salutations, twists, and beginner inversions. Modifications are provided so all levels are welcome - from absolute beginner to seasoned yogi. Class will be instructed by Jessie Matheson - a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher who has practiced yoga for over 10 years. Classes will be $15 for Drop-Ins or $84 for the entire series (a savings of $21) Series will begin on Tuesday, June 7th and will occur every Tuesday through July 26th (there will be NO CLASS on Tuesday, July 5th).
