Service Description
Our training methods will help you achieve your fitness goals - no gimmicks, no BS, just results. These are in-person training sessions in our private facility located in Canton, GA. This service is recommended for those who are self-motivated, but need someone to help them get started on a training plan toward a path to health. You can choose 30 minute or 60 minute sessions with 12 or 24 total workout sessions. Sessions can be used up to 4 times per week or less. Please reach out for more details on this service - including pricing. As part of your personal training plan, you will get additional workout programming* that can be used at home or in a gym (the workouts will be tailored to your equipment availability as well as your specific needs). These workouts can be accessed anywhere and at anytime as we use an app that can be downloaded to the Apple or Google platform. Each exercise includes a video link that will show you what the specific exercise that is being prescribed should look like - making it easier for you to follow along vs. just text or photos. *The additional programming will be available for use as long as the app is available. Updates and/or modifications to workouts will only be made for clients who are in good standing and are ongoing "active" clients of FMS.
