How many thoughts, ideas, or things you see/hear that you want to remember go through your mind each day?
I began keeping a journal at the beginning of this year and ended up filling three of them out with a few weeks to go before the end of the year.
Although there are still many thoughts, ideas, or things I see/hear that I want to remember each day - but don’t capture them, I have practiced the habit of writing down much more of them than I ever have before. The real benefit is when I take time to go back and review it at the end of each month and see (in many cases) growth and progression.
•Grab a journal and take 15 minutes each day (first thing in the morning and last thing at night) to capture your thoughts, ideas, and/or things you saw/heard that you want to go back and revisit
•At the end of each month, review your journal to revisit the things you’ve captured to see your growth and progression
Everyone has a story to tell about their life and experiences - what better way to capture and tell YOUR story than to write it out each day and review it each month.
