Do you have any resolutions planned that include losing weight or getting into shape for 2020? Many people do and they start out with good intentions only to give up after a few weeks (or even days in some cases).
Time, cost, and a lack of knowledge are three key “reasons” that many people give when it comes to giving up on their physical health goals. It only takes 30 minutes per day, the cost of a gym membership is less than a cup of coffee per day, and finding something you enjoy doing vs trying to learn something new is the key in getting started.
•Whether it is swimming, walking, playing basketball, doing yoga, or lifting weights - do something that you enjoy doing and are comfortable with
Write down a few things that you enjoy doing that are physical activities vs. how much weight you want to lose. Then do some research on the local gyms in your area to make sure they offer the services you enjoy and get your body moving!
