I believe the path to becoming emotionally invincible begins with the recognition that we are innately “good”.
Our minds are bombarded with information that points toward the extremes of human behaviors - most of which show how “bad” we can be. Many people are always on high alert that they are going to be hurt by someone - not physically, but emotionally.

YOU are good enough - regardless of what others think or say or what you see or hear.
The goodness exists within you - find it each day and practice becoming more aware of it.
